The brief
MAYA built Intersport France's YouTube content ecosystem - from the Game Changer podcast to live event coverage and sport-specific video tutorials across football, basketball, running, and outdoor. Behind the scenes, MAYA sources celebrity guests for the podcast and mini-documentary formats, and trains and activates Intersport's in-store teams to bring stores directly into the content loop. The result: an editorial engine that moves seamlessly from studio to stadium to shop floor.
